She continues to pave the path to financial freedom with the introduction of her podcast show Buy It Own It™ and her real estate investing fund Ladies First Capital™ ,where she aims to empower female entrepreneurs to build equity through real estate. Dr. Jennifer loves to teach black women her exclusive blueprint to Equity Empowerment so they can gain the courage to build their investment portfolio no matter where they are in life. Her mission in life is to help 10,000 women earn $100,000 each in passive income in the next 10 years. Dr. Jennifer loves helping women gain financial leverage over their lives. Dr. Jennifer runs a successful team and is also committed to continued professional development and does this through masterminds, educational seminars, and networking events all over the country. At one of the educational conferences, Dr. Jennifer was fortunate to be called on stage at the Georgia Dome by Ms. Oprah Winfrey to share some private moments about her life and business. Prior to becoming a real estate broker over 19 years ago, Dr. Jennifer was a successful Network Engineer for 7 years. She was proactive and made the decision to become an Entrepreneur when jobs in her field were outsourced overseas.

Dr. Jennifer resides in the states of Georgia and North Carolina. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing and Engineering from North Carolina State University in Raleigh NC. She was also in ROTC in High School and College. Dr. Harris serves on various women and veteran boards and has received several real estate awards including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Dr. Jennifer has also received several additional awards, some of which include, “Phenomenal Woman” from Black Girlz Rock, ICN Distinguished Leadership Award and the ICN Women Add Value Award from IChange Nations Global Organization from founder Ambassador Dr. Rivers. She was recently appointed as a Liaison Advisor for the office of the Development King at large in Ghana, West Africa. Dr. Harris also received her Women’s Entrepreneurship certificate from Cornell University in addition to being granted full membership into the Milestones Circles Alumni by the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and also into ForbesBLK. Jennifer also loves to assist Veterans and military families with ending homelessness, bills, transportation to and from appointments and also job placement. She works closely with veteran families to make a difference all in honor of her father Wilbert Harris Jr who was a veteran in the 82ndAirborne. Dr. Jennifer also works closely with congressmen, senators and secretaries in North Carolina to continue to push forward the much needed programs for our Veterans through her philanthropy work.
